There are some reports on burnout in medical students; Guthrie found low levels in British medical students [ 15], while Dyrbye, using less conservative criteria, defined as many as 45% of North American medical students in a multicenter study as burnt out [ 4].
It is important to define only as many processes and procedures as are helpful.
Good defining relations leave as many low order interactions (including main effects) estimable as possible.
In this approach it is not so relevant to define, as in many other cases, areas of high, medium, and low hazard or risk, but rather to identify levels of intervention based on the probability level of events and their effects the expected annual occurrence of events and the expected annual loss.
These categories are not strictly defined, as many organisms feed on several trophic levels; for example, some carnivores also consume plant materials or carrion and are called omnivores, and some herbivores occasionally consume animal matter.
In this way one can define as many schema formats for a single entity and the same collection will allow the storage to all of them, given that a logical rationality has been maintained through out the definitions, as shown in Fig. 3.
In order to define as many possible split-reads as possible, a new gene structure definition file was created using the assembled GTF file.
To define as many split-reads as possible we remapped selected reads against the initial exon annotation defined by Cufflinks, but with exons grouped to form hypothetical "super-genes" on each strand of individual genomic contigs (see Figure 5).
