This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles defined in the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association.
Performed at 69 sites across Canada, this study was conducted in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice and ethical principles as defined in the Declaration of Helsinki (1989 revision) and all applicable local regulations.
