In this study, we sought to gain further insight into the role of FHL2 in neoplastic transformation by investigating the effects of oncogenic Ras in a FHL2-deficient context.
Interestingly, we also observed cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in p53-deficient context, suggesting that MT 63 78 might also be suitable for the treatment of p53 null/mutated PCas not responsive to biguanides (Ben Sahra et al, 2011).
