Conduct disorders, defined as "a repetitive and persistent pattern of dissocial, aggressive, or defiant conduct" [ 1], are the most common childhood psychiatric disorders with a prevalence of 4.9% for children aged 5-10 in Great Britain [ 2]; about three times as many suffer from non-clinical conduct problems [ 3].
