In order to clarify a correlation of the measured positron lifetimes with crystallization behavior and void formation in 80GeSe2-20Ga2Se3 glass as result of thermal annealing, the parameters of defect-related component (first of all, the positron trapping rate in defects κ d) are plotted as a function of thermal annealing time (Figure 5).
