Docking experiments were carried out using GOLD with the default scoring function ChemPLP [19, 21].
PADIFs were derived from the protein per atom score contributions of the GOLD default scoring function ChemPLP either from rescoring files (experimental complexes) or GOLD solutions files (docking poses).
