The phrase "decry about" is not grammatically correct or commonly used in written English.
"Decry" means to publicly denounce or express strong disapproval of something, so adding "about" is redundant and changes the meaning of the verb. It would be more appropriate to say "decry something" or "decry someone/something's actions." Example: The politician used her speech to decry the government's lack of action on climate change.
