Prevailing models of the WPB reconstruction show a decrease in the spreading rate from 4.4 to 1.8 cm/year since C18n.2n (approximately 39.5 Ma).
We tested two spreading scenarios: one assumes a constant spreading rate of 4.4 cm/year, while the other supposes two-phase spreading as proposed by Hilde and Lee (1984), which is a decrease in the spreading rate from 4.4 to 1.8 cm/year at the beginning of C18n.2n (39.46 Ma).
The optimism for this description of how new strains evolve was shared by Neil Ferguson (Imperial College London, UK), as his work predicted a drastic decrease in the spreading rate of drug-resistant strains as a result of highly stratified host population structures.

In additional treatments eliminating the possibility to hide in the network, we observe a significant decrease in the spread of false information.
The latter is abnormally high compared to other maturities and the reason may lie with the idiosyncratic movements in the 6-month lending rate, therefore results should be taken with caution.15 The only maturity for which the short-run impact on the lending rate is lower than the one on the deposit rate is the 3-month one, implying a decrease in the spread in the short-run.
Nevertheless, it has been shown recently that continuous long-term surveillance and neonatal cohorting are associated with a marked decrease in the spread of ESBL-KP within the NICU [ 27].
Almost complete vaccine coverage of 2 million pilgrims may have therefore contributed to a decrease in the spread of carriage within this pilgrim population and consequently reduced transmission of carriage from returning pilgrims to their contacts.
This is not a very large decrease in the spread of resulting parameter sets, but this model reduction process has clear advantages in terms of ultimately increasing the capacity to derive physiological insight from the model behaviour and identification of feasible measurements to make in order to constrain parameters.
In addition, all genomes do not exhibit the expected 2-fold decrease in the GC spread as window size quadruples; for human and chicken, the GC spread reduces by only 6 11% (fig. 2).
Formation of higher lipid density state at the gate region induced by the compression was thought to be responsible to the reduced penetration ability of bulky TR-DHPE molecules into the nano-gates, which resulted in the gradual decrease in TR-DHPE concentration in the spreading bilayer.
By keeping the resistivities of p-transparent metal and n-GaN layers fixed, the variation in current uniformity as bias current increases from 20 to 300 mA for design A is only 2%and∼9.5%5% for design B. The decrease in current spreading uniformity as the resistances of these layers increase is smaller in design A (2 3.5% as resistance increases from 3.8 to 6.7 Ω/□) than design B (9.5 14.5%).
