Moi's government failed to address the declining implementation of family planning policy during the 1990s, and it seems that the change of administration in 2002 may have brought an impetus of change that helped to mobilize action to address this issue.
The number of children received vaccination for each session was also declined after implementation of this intervention (Fig. 1).
National incidence rates of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus Bacteraemia (MRSAB ) were stable for the 18 months before the NHHI (July 2007 2008; p = 0.366), but declined after implementation (2009 2010; p = 0.008).

Although the rate of vertical transmission has been declining, the implementation of antenatal HIV screening and timely management of infected pregnant women varies across the country due to disparities of health care access, suggesting missed opportunities for prevention [ 22- 24].
For arm 1, the level of implementation was maintained from 2012 to 2013 but for arms 2 and 3, implementation declined over the two years (Table 3).
To identify whether the number of ambulance calls, injuries, and deaths has declined after the implementation of the new traffic law (NTL) 2015 in Bahrain, de-identified administrative RTC data obtained from the tertiary care center, and the General Directorate of Traffic GDTT) of Bahrain were used.
