These include Customs Form 3299, the Declaration of Free Entry of Unaccompanied Vehicles, HS-7, Importation of Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Equipment Subject to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety, Bumper and Theft Prevention Standards, and HS-474, the Bond To Ensure Conformance With Motor Vehicle Safety And Bumper Standards.
The study was approved by Regional ethical board in Stockholm and was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki (2009-05-14, entry no. 2009/863-32).
After review at the port of entry, the declaration forms are forwarded to Department of Business and Economic Development and Tourism for data entry and storage.
