The ensuing Potsdam Declaration included the statement that "the terms of the Cairo Declaration," which promised Korea its independence, "shall be carried out".
In the western Pacific Ocean, the declaration includes the marine waters around the Northern Marianas, including the Mariana Trench, the deepest canyon in the world.
That list was turned over by Iraq to the United Nations in 1996, and officials confirmed that Iraq's new declaration included the same companies.

The declaration included the readiness to withhold taxes, and the statement: We believe that it is the inalienable right of the Indian people, as of any other people, to have freedom and to enjoy the fruits of their toil and have the necessities of life, so that they may have full opportunities of growth.
Specific recommendations of the declaration include the following: The WHO should develop a global framework for control of environmental and occupational carcinogens that concentrates on the exposures identified by IARC as proven or probable causes of human cancer (IARC 2011).
Similarly, the 2004 clarification of the Helsinki declaration included the possibility of providing participants access to "other appropriate care," and this was broadened in 2008 to allow for the provision of "other appropriate care or benefits" when needed to address the potential for exploitation (table 1).
These changes were initiated in response to several declarations including the General Medical Council "Tomorrow's Doctors" [ 1], the Australian Medical Council [ 2- 4], the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), and the National Commission for Academic Accreditation & Assessment [ 5].
In accordance with a number of declarations including the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness, the Accra Agenda for Action and the more recent Busan Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation, donors must coordinate and align their programs with the government's needs and avoid duplication of effort.
