This heuristic takes into account the inter-dependency between individual items when making its caching decisions, i.e., after a particular item is cached, gains of all items that are affected by this decision are updated.
We add a belief elicitation procedure to the experimental design that allows us to measure directly both the inferences drawn from publicly announced decisions and how beliefs are updated in response to new information.
