The phrase "decent agreement" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to an agreement that is satisfactory or acceptable, but not necessarily exceptional.
Example: "After much negotiation, we finally reached a decent agreement that works for both parties."
Alternatives: "reasonable agreement" or "acceptable agreement."
