The 17 basic ADL concepts formed the 17 items tested in the first pair of cognitive debriefing interviews (Table 3).
Several modifications were made to the conceptual model and questionnaire structure based on the analysis of the correlation matrix (POST module) together with the cognitive debriefing transcripts (Table 2; Figure 2).
