We are encouraging the hot debriefing system described but penetrance and effectiveness assessment is pending.
During the intervention, we will use a variety of qualitative methods, including document review, activity logs, debriefing conversations with the system consultants, and observations of interactions between the systems consultants and the clinic change teams.
With respect to user acceptance of the system, we performed debriefing sessions with civil protection authorities and surveys with app users.
In response to the failure of formal debriefing we have encouraged a system of hot debriefing, in which issues, good or bad, are "debriefed" as soon as is practicable after they arise.
"The effective use of the criminal justice system has resulted in the debriefing, conviction and incarceration of U.S. citizens and non-citizens for acts of terrorism committed inside the United States and around the world," she added.
"We don't operate a judicial system in Afghanistan, we operate a regime of military detention, intelligence debriefing and then handing over of detainees to the Afghan judicial system," he said.
The systems consultant and clinic leader will debrief to develop an implementation plan and schedule a second site visit to assess progress.
Little is known about the feasibility and use of large-scale systems to video record and analyze simulation and debriefing data for monitoring and evaluation in low-resource settings.
Training involved a seminar, practice in wearing the mandatory personal protection system (PPS), and cardiac arrest simulations with subsequent debriefing.
"To address these concerns, we have debriefed the incident internally, and have made changes to our security systems and our patrolling/monitoring patterns," the district said.
