The DC-based vaccine enhanced NK activity (DC + vehicle vs vehicle, P < 0.001) and induced a synergistic effect on activation of NK cells in combination with anti-CAF therapy (DC + anti-CAFs vs DC + vehicle, P < 0.001) (Fig. 4b).
