The accession page displays a full range of data including taxonomy, collection, curator, date collected, collector, identifier, and collection site details (Fig. 2).
Date collected were demographic data, the surface of epidermal detachment, causative drug, SCORTEN, length of stay, complications and mortality.

Each sample should be numbered, and these numbers, together with a few descriptive identifiers (e.g. sample type, date collected, place collected) should be recorded in a logbook.
Both labels should contain, at minimum, the sample number and type (563-A, 563-C, etc)., the sample name, date collected and site from which it was collected.
Remaining specimens were then sequentially matched to visits 1 day earlier, 1 day later, 2 days earlier, and 2 days later than the date listed as date collected.
To date, collected data are not tabulated and published on a regular basis, restricting their usefulness for international reporting and policy analysis.
The International Pachyonychia Congenita Research Registry IPCRRR) has, to date, collected clinical and molecular data from more than 500 patients with PC and their families (∼270 families) worldwide.
Center databases contain basic information about participants (e.g., date of birth), information about visit events (e.g., event type and date completed), and detailed information about biologic and environmental samples (e.g., date collected, number and volume of aliquots).
