For the analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the activities dataset of the individual ESG disclosure scores from Bloomberg in the period of 2008 to 2014 was used as its proxy.
Profiles were objectively compared and the profiles of the combined dataset outperformed those of the individual datasets in most statistical analyses (Fig. 3, 5 and Table 1, 6).
It turns out that doing the reverse, searching with a known 3D structure against appropriately curated datasets of the proteins of individual species, is an even more sensitive method (Kelley and Sternberg, 2009; Hirst et al., 2014).
The dataset involves numbers of the individual type of medical equipment in the particular healthcare facilities.
The sequences Thinopyrum intermedium-2d, -3c and -3f were unique within the datasets of individual accessions, and the remaining sequence types were encountered at least twice in each accession (Table 2).
As expected, the integrated PICKLE dataset is much larger than any of the individual source datasets with respect to the number of PPIs, of the protein interactors and of the supporting publications, verifying the value of PPI resource integration.
To investigate the combined role that some pathways may have on each of these traits, a combined trait dataset containing all genes from each of the individual trait datasets was also created.
The refined datasets of two individual linkage maps were loaded into QTL IciMapping 3.2 [ 30] to determine SDMs using the SDL module.
In the analysis of NGS data, processing efficiency is governed predominantly by two factors: first, the sheer size of the individual datasets, and second, the vast number of datasets to be analyzed.
An initial look at the dataset demonstrates the localisation of the individual types of equipment in the particular self-governing regions in Fig.1.
