On the contrary the RR dataset rejected both the reference topology and the HK (p = 0.014 and p = 0.008).
The analyses of the Eta datasets showed that the HK dataset rejected the RR topology but not the reference topology (p = 0.041 and p = 0.386, respectively).
Since the RR dataset rejected both the HK and the reference topologies, it can be hypothesized that some evolutionary events, apart from vertical inheritance, occurred during the evolutionary history of this cluster.
The analysis of Cro sequences showed that the HK dataset rejected the topologies of the reference and the RR tree (p = 0.047 and p = 0.026, respectively) whereas the RR dataset did not reject any of the two other topologies (p = 0.317 and p = 0.18 for the reference tree and the HK tree, respectively).

The AU test indicated that the DnaK dataset strongly rejected the reference phylogeny (p = 0.0).
Results clearly show that our dataset cannot reject the alternative hypothesis of a monophyletic Stenodactylus + Pseudoceramodactylus group (Table 2).
The AU test, as for the two datasets above, rejects topology T3 and keeps T1 and T2.
The results of the topological tests indicate that our dataset cannot reject the alternative hypothesis of monophyly of Stenodactylus + Pseudoceramodactylus (AU 0.461, SH 0.839, BF 0.647), monophyly of Tropiocolotes (AU 0.161, SH 0.495, BF -0.530) or BF -0.530urrently (AU:0.153, SH:0.492, BF:1.589).
