The multiple stress-responsive genes were identified from the set of 2629 genes documented in this database, which are known to be upregulated during any of the eight stress conditions considered in this database (drought, salinity, rehydration, abscisic acid (ABA), cold, high light, oxidative stress, and combination of cold drought salt stress).
