Based on sequence homology, the 32,074 unigenes annotated in the GO database were categorized into 47 functional groups.
The 32920 unigenes annotated in GO database were categorized into 57 functional groups, belonging to three main GO ontologies: biological process, cellular component, and molecular function (Fig. 3).
Articles retained in the GPHIN database are categorized into one or more of the GPHIN's taxonomy categories (animal or human infectious diseases, plant diseases, natural disasters, chemical incidents, radiological incidents, nuclear incidents, and unsafe products).
