1. Global Health Site Database: It is recommended to continue to work with other professional organizations (EMRA, SAEM Academy, ACEP, AAEM) and their International Interest groups to provide a comprehensive, real-time clearinghouse of global health opportunities.
It is evident that we need to continue the database queries and/or start cloning BBP genes to clarify this puzzle.
Because the largest review and meta-analysis by Stuck et al. was based on an electronic search until 2001, we decided to continue our database search from this year onwards [ 3].

Finally, to supplement this annual search, the COMET database will continue to be populated with studies, both ongoing and completed, that are identified by ad hoc means and sent directly to the COMET team.
However, the proprietary nature of Myriad's database meant that it was inaccessible to many researchers and clinicians, and testing by other laboratories who lack access to the database continues to produce higher VUS rates - a testament to the importance of data sharing and collation by all testing providers, and an example of the challenges created by proprietary databases [ 24].
The database will continue to grow gradually and will comprise three kinds of dictionaries: dictionaries to assist translation from Latin into modern languages, dictionaries providing semantic and etymological explanations in Latin of Latin words, and historical Latin dictionaries.
The BrainTrap database will continue to grow as further CPT lines are released, providing a valuable resource for biology and brain research.
