To determine whether LUATs and associated genes were co-regulated during the β-selection process, we used previously published Total RNA-seq from DP thymocytes [ 32] and produced a new set of RNA-seq data from ΔRag (DN) thymocytes, using the same RNA-seq procedure and sequencing platform (Additional file 1: Table S1).
