Alignment data for the Chr 10 subfamily revealed that L. (Sauroleishmania) tarentolae Chr 10 Gproteinseins are shorter than those of L. (Viannia) braziliensis (291 versus 560 amino acids), lack predicted extracellular regions, and have a shorter peptidase domain.
The Data for human chr.
Overall, our data for Rattus Chr 1 loci show that the two deer mouse linkage groups span two Mus genome breakpoints but only one Rattus genome breakpoint, which shows a continued bias towards similarity with the Rattus genome.
Analysis by qPCR revealed that nine of the white isolates and seven of the black isolates from mice were disomic for chr 13 (data not shown).
