If the data are the only data she collected for her thesis, and are necessary for the completion of her degree, then she can write the thesis and either keep the data and the thesis private, or she can disguise the data so that it cannot be tied to BigPharmaCo.
LAR confirmed genome maps and character codings, updated MEC's analyses, added MATRIX 1 and its analysis, generated the rbcL sequence data, analysed ITS and rbcL data, and modified the thesis chapter for publication.
