The phrase "dame about" is not a common or grammatically correct phrase in written English
It is possible that it could be used colloquially, as a shortened form of "fuss/dote about," but it would still not be considered standard or formal usage. Example: "She's always daming about her garden, claiming that the flowers need constant attention."
