Cycling budget tripled?
The report says a cycling budget of £10 a head of population by 2020 is "essential to fund long-term development of cycling infrastructure and to make our roads safer for cycling".
It calls for a cycling budget worth at least £10 per person per year, rising to £20, and it says the government should aim to get the number of journeys made by bike up to 10% by 2025 (from 2% now - in the Netherlands it's 30%).
