By 4 5 days into differentiation, the outward current persisted and the cells showed only minimal inward current.
While the DA induced current quickly decayed to baseline values the (S+ AMPH induced current persisted.
Recently, based on Swarm constellation residuals to the core, magnetospheric and lithospheric field, Lühr et al. (2015a, b) have derived scale lengths of polar field-aligned currents and found that small-scale currents persist for only about 10 s at a particular location, while large-scale currents may persist up to 60 s.
Weak steering currents persisted as the depression moved towards the northwest at 4 mph (6 km/h) to 5 mph (8 km/h).
Note that tail currents persisted in ZD7288 (Figure 2, stars) with only a moderate reduction in amplitude due to block of the deactivating Ih component, which matched that predicted by fitting experimental traces with eq. 1.
However, at Vm ≥ 100 mV, residual Cs+ outward currents persisted.
In mouse Slo3−/− sperm, monovalent outward currents persisting at very positive Vm are carried by CatSper (Zeng et al., 2013).
E268A CLC-5 gating currents persisted in extracellular solutions, where Cl− was replaced by the impermeant ions aspartate, methanesulfonate, sulfate, or HEPES (Fig. 3 A), but with significantly reduced QOFF zg values of 0.90 ± 0.5, 0.89 ± 0.08, 0.86 ± 0.04, and 0.90 ± 0.05, respectively (Fig. 3 C).
So far this issue has been admirably well managed, but if the current situation persists it will become increasingly difficult.
