The data indicate that a TMP gene tree reconstructed using a Maximum Likelihood or Bayesian Inference methods reflect current categorization of phages and thus can be used for a fast and reliable initial phage assignment.
A logical next step in this line of research will be to integrate the present MTMM methodology, offering support for the current categorization of child anxiety disorders, with models investigating the dimensions that underlie these categories.
