The two trials with the highest levels [CARE-HF (Cardiac Resynchronization in Heart Failure), 1814 pg/mL, and COPERNICUS (Carvedilol Prospective Randomized Cumulative Survival Trial), 1767 pg/mL] by design enrolled more severely symptomatic patients with a particularly low LVEF.
