For the determination of the term representing the cumulated wall loss (see Equation (1), we have first measured the penetration loss of the two wall types present in the Zuiderpoort building, layered drywalls (orange walls in Figure 2) and concrete walls (grey walls in Figure 2), and we have used the (rounded) values in the model, 2 dB and 10 dB, respectively.

When the cumulated wall loss increases, it becomes more likely that another path (through corridors) will be dominant.
The cumulated release of the none additive microsphere was 23.1% at that time.
To put into perspective the importance of local ecological knowledge for herders in the two Bulgan counties of Bayan-Ölgii and Khovd provinces, we explored the livestock losses experienced during the 2009/10 dzud as well as the cumulated livestock losses during the years 2005 to 2010 and compared these to the post-dzud (2013) livestock possession of the interviewees.
Through the web-based platform, it becomes possible to cross-check information at any territorial grid location, such as the number of people living in flood-prone areas, cumulated insured losses from past floods, and on existing risk prevention efforts, for example, land-use planning regulations or risk reduction measures.
Values for the model parameters will be determined in Section 7. Typical contributions of the distance loss, cumulated wall loss, and interactions loss for different transmitter-receiver configurations will be presented in Section 3. The dominant path is defined as the path for which the sum of the cumulated wall loss, the distance loss, and the interaction loss is the lowest.
The three contributions taken into account in the model of Equation (1) (distance loss, cumulated wall loss, and interaction loss) are selected based on the real physical propagation of a wave between transmitter and receiver.
With the model parameters for distance loss, cumulated wall loss, and interaction loss now fixed, measurements on the third floor of the Zuiderpoort building were performed as a first validation without any further tuning (see Table 1), albeit in a very similar environment.
