Field survey of periphytic algal and macrozoobenthic biodiversity during July and August of 2009, as well as monthly monitoring of water temperature, pH, TSS, DO, TN, TP, NH3N, NO3N, CODMn, BOD, TOC, and the heavy metals Zn (II), Cd (II), Pb (II), Cu (II), and Cr (VI) from January to December 2009 was carried out in 29 streams flowing into Dianchi lake.
These materials have generally been used in studies on the adsorption of heavy metals such as Cu, Ni (II) Zn, Cr (VI), Cd (II) and Pb (II) from various aqueous solutions [23 27].
Arthrobacter sp. strain KMSZP6 (hereafter referred to as KMSZP6 strain) isolated from Domiasiat site was found to tolerate 4 mM U (VI), 4 mM Cu (II), 1 mM Cd (II) and 1 mM Pb (II) (Kumar et al. 2012, 2013a).
The intermixing of ternary CuInSe2 (CISe) and CuGaSe2 (CGSe) of I III VI group (I = Cu, III = In, Ga and VI = Se) crystallizes to form a quaternary CuInGaSe2 tetragonal chalcopyrite structure, where the In and Ga atoms share the same atomic sites.
Intensity data were collected, using Cu radiation (V) or Mo radiation (VI), on an Oxford Diffraction Gemini-R Ultra diffractometer operated by the CrysAlis software [56].
The characterization measurements for each sample included total contaminant concentrations (U and Cu primarily), bicarbonate extractable U VI), sequential 238U VI) contaminant desorption Kd, 233U VI) adsorption Kd, grain size distribution, surface area, extractable poorly crystalline Fe(III) oxides, and mineralogy.
