Raw agreement among nurses has been reported 52.31 % for resuscitation (CTAS I), 55.63 % emergent (CTAS II), 61.13 % urgent (CTAS III), 53.85 % less urgent (CTAS IV), and 56.14 % for non-urgent (CTAS V) level [1], so it means there was concordance among categories only in half of the cases.
Raters triage agreement across all levels for cases was 52.31 % for resuscitation (CTAS I), 55.63 % emergent (CTAS II), 61.13 % urgent (CTAS III), 53.85 % less urgent (CTAS IV), and 56.14 % for non-urgent (CTAS V) level.

In the case of CTA I, the numbers of respective 13C and 1H shifts of CTA I agreed with the those of the glucopyranose residue in the allomorph, strongly suggesting that the asymmetric unit of CTA I is only one glucose residue.
As a result, the 13C and 1H chemical shifts of the glucopyranose ring of CTA I and CTA II were completely assigned by the 2D NMR spectra of these allomorphs.
In addition, conformational differences in the exocyclic C5 C6 bonds between CTA I and CTA II were strongly suggested by the notable differences in the 1H and 13C chemical shifts at the C6 sites of these allomorphs.
For the elucidation of the crystal structures of the two crystalline allomorphs of cellulose triacetate (CTA), namely CTA I and CTA II, two-dimensional (2D) solid-state through-bond 13C 13C and 1H 13C correlations NMR techniques applied to the two crystalline allomorphs of CTA.
Despite the limited anti-tumour activity of low-dose 5-AZA-CdR, a portion of patients with solid tumours exhibited interesting immunological responses represented by the induction of CTA (i.e., MAGE-A3 and NY-ESO-1) in tumour biopsies, and by the development of circulating anti-NY-ESO-1 antibodies (Schrump et al, 2006).
Noteworthy, the gene expression signature of 5-AZA-CdR-treated tumours included the upregulated expression of several murine CTA (i.e., P1A and Mage-a1, -a3, -a6, -a8) (Supplementary Table S1), which are well-known as immune-related genes but are not included in the immunologic GO bioprocesses classes yet.
However, only Dr. Bardack knows whether she meant to say "CT" rather than "CTA" and I hope she chooses to address this point publicly.
Using XmaI and XbaI restriction enzymes, we replaced the red fluorescent protein (RFP) gene with the GFP gene, which was cloned from pCAMBIA1302 with the primers 5'-AT C CCG GGA TGG TAG ATC TGA CTA GT-3' (XmaI site underlined) and 5'-AT TCT AGA TTA GTG GCT AGC T'TT GTA TAG-3' (XbaI site underlined).
