With the help of ParaView (an open-source visualization application) [48], Figures 9, 10 and 11 show the velocity vector features on three typical cylinder cross section positions - X = 0.01 m, X = 0.02 m and X = 0.03 m - for a 4%Al2O3/waterr nanofluid case with Ra = 4 × 107.

For each animal, tumor size was quantified by pixel area starting at the largest tumor cross-section (position 0) and measuring the tumor area in 100 µm intervals (rostral and caudal).
The significant increase in the numbers of primary phloem fibres at a given cross-section position between the plants sampled at a 50-day interval was observed only in the upper stem part, which at the first sampling date (67-day-old plants) was still close to the SAM (Fig. 1).
It follows that for a certain cross-section position of a certain fibre bundle, the cambium does not produce a group of fibres, but rather only a single fibre and the formation of secondary phloem fibre bundles is totally based on the significant intrusive elongation of individual fibres.
It is shown that the agreement is good between the predictions of the r-p-p and e-p-p models on the cross-section positions with maximum rotation.
The selection of five particles from those available (up to 14) also helped us to ensure this center cross-section positioning, as we were able to only select particles where the focal plane exactly intersected with the center of each particle.

Thus, three-dimensional energy and mass partial differential equations would be needed to find the temperature distribution over the cross section at any axial position.
