The obtained results were analysed, in terms of mass distribution (cross sections, plan distribution and longitudinal profile), and compared with Takahashi's flow velocity estimation (Table 1).
This is in good agreement with the typically reported uniaxial shrinkage of mesoporous thin films along the substrate normal.[ 13] Figure 2 shows TEM micrographs of fullerene-framework films after thermal treatment at 300 °C recorded in cross section and plan view, that is, perpendicular to and along the substrate normal, respectively.
They also would like to have additional tools to be able to export different cross sections and plan views, and to turn on and off different layers (e.g., instrumentation, zoning, soil layers, pre-existing site plan, etc).
