The SFA confirmed to BBC Scotland on Wednesday that King had made and enquiry regarding the criteria directors of football clubs are required to comply with.

"No one could have anticipated how difficult the statutory requirements would make it to qualify homeowners, causing us to overestimate the number of people who could meet the eligibility criteria," said Todd M. Richardson, director of the emergency loan program.
Under the proposals, at least half of the members of a company's board should be independent, meaning someone who receives less than $60,000 in annual compensation, among other criteria, although the director could receive stock options that would render value in excess of that.
"An institute that produced 20 papers in Science and 20 more in Nature would be considered substandard by the current criteria," says Vaclav Horejsi, director of the academy's Institute of Molecular Genetics in Prague.
Another major criterion for assessing ISS director candidates is their vision for the institute's future, which Oleari articulated well, says Bruno Dallapiccola, scientific director of the Bambin Gesù Hospital here, a member of the evaluation committee.
"At the moment, everyone is trying to achieve top green certification criteria," says Xiaomei Lee, managing director of Gensler Shanghai, the building's architect.
"This list of states raises questions for me about the criteria," said Frederick M. Hess, a director at the American Enterprise Institute, a conservative research group who has followed the competition closely.
"You're talking about millions and millions of people who would meet these criteria," said Dr. George Blackburn, associate director of the division of nutrition at Harvard Medical School.
Candidates for Biovision.Nxt were selected on the strength of their CVs, using criteria prepared by program director Abigail Gemo in consultation with several young researchers associations.
