The 68 nations for analysis were selected from the 2010 Global Forest Resources Assessment by the following criteria: Data on carbon mass Q must be available for the years 1990, 2000, 2010.
On the basis of review criteria data on processes of care were collected by extracting data from medical records and by means of structured interviews.
After applying these exclusion criteria, data on 910 patients were available for analyses representing 82% of patients registered at the DDB.
