Inclusion criteria: >3 months on stable PD.
Eligible patients were ≥18 years of age and had a clinical diagnosis of RA according to the ARA 1987 revised criteria ≥6 months before enrollment [ 8].
It seems that SCS has a large impact on survival of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer when the patients are selected by the new criteria (47 months in median survival and 45.9% in 5-year survival).
The radiographic response rate (CR and PR), using the Macdonald criteria, 3 months after initiation of the salvage therapy was 24% in the HDR-BRT group, 28% in the resurgical group and 8% in the ddTMZ alone group (Table 4).
