The New Year's Eve menu includes main lobster salad, crab cannelloni, pan roasted Napa quail, prime veal chop, a selection of cheeses, dessert and more for $120 per person.

Mr. Smith recently began turning the crab into pan-fried cakes, topping them with a beurre blanc made with Crystal hot sauce, the hometown favorite.
