"costal arch" is a correct and usable expression in written English.
It is used to refer to a curved bony structure formed by the ribs and sternum, and is often used in medical contexts. For example, you could say "The surgeon observed the patient's costal arch for any signs of abnormality."
This new fold is designed by attachment with five sutures of the axillary sub-dermal tissues to the lateral border of the pectoralis major muscle and just beneath, to the 5th costal arch.
