Cosmid HH4 (33.4 kb, including 11.4 kb of upstream sequences containing a putative gene, pol polyprotein-like) did not contain the whole Hh locus, spanning the first exon and part of the first intron of an Lf Hh gene corresponding to the Lf cDNA fragment used as a probe [23].
In particular, the feature corresponding to the lowest-energy LF transition of Co II Cbi+ is red-shifted by ∼300 cm–1 in the spectrum of the sample containing the SeCobAW93H/ATP complex, indicating that the 5c Co II Cbi+ fraction features an elongated Co O(H2) bond.
Since only the ILD localization cue has been employed in our approach, the LF signals (corresponding to the ITD cues) are simply passed through the proposed system, unaltered.
No band was observed for the EF animals; whereas, all LF animals showed the 78 bp band corresponding to the breakpoint junction.
During dehydration the Nafion-[H] exchange site transitions from the sulfonate to sulfonic acid form, corresponding to C3V and C1 symmetry, respectively: C3V,HF (1061 cm−1) and C3V, LF (969 cm−1) bands transition to C1,HF (1414 cm−1) and C1,LF (910 cm−1) bands.
If the respiratory rate is low (for example 10 breaths per min, corresponding to a frequency of 0.17 Hz, very near to the upper limit of LF), some amount of HF band overlaps with the LF band, thus the exact estimation of both bands becomes difficult.
The LF pattern can also be described by many relatively short steps (corresponding to the detection range of the searcher) that are separated by occasional longer jumps (Noah et al. 2013).
Proof of continuity of the LfHha locus and determination of the intron-exon boundaries was further obtained by PCR amplification on Lf cDNA template of a partial exon1-exon2-partial exon3 sequence (corresponding to amino-acids 38 (R) to 285 (V) of the LfHha protein sequence shown in Fig. 2C).

But many linguists (following Chomsky [1995, 2000]) would now posit only two levels of grammatical structure, corresponding to PF and LF the thought being that constraints on DS and SS can be eschewed in favor of a simpler theory that only posits constraints on how expressions can be combined in the course of constructing complex expressions that can be pronounced and interpreted.
