Once the corresponding documents for a dam are collected, a 3 4 week time-frame is then allocated to do the assessment and get a complete view of the dam and its behaviour over time corresponding to the failure modes of that dam.
As a result we obtain a set of literature topics in which each topic is associated with a subset of the input genes providing directly interpretable keywords and corresponding documents for literature research.
