This direct relationship between threshold and enrichment is illustrated in Fig. 4, which shows the enrichment in a representative selection of synapse-related GO BP terms found in the series of catalogues produced by each of the three learning algorithms as well as in the corresponding consensus catalogues.
Use Case I: Metadata Harmonization: The first use case describes the specifics of the new GeoDCAT-AP standard, and the implementation of it on the OTN Hub with the corresponding metadata catalogues CKAN and Micka.

As input for past data, we extracted 42 Scale 1, 28 Scale 2, 13 Scale 3 and 7 Scale 4 eruptions from the catalogue - corresponding to relative frequencies of 0.467, 0.311, 0.144 and 0.078, respectively.
This outcrop is particularly interesting due to the content of clays, zeolite, iron oxides, and sulfates corresponding to a hydrothermal alteration catalogued as "Azulejos" type alteration.
These new tools connect strain catalogue information with the corresponding nucleotide and protein sequences, as well as to genome sequence and references citing a particular strain.
