This paper presents a probabilistic framework to assess the hurricane damage to residential constructions considering the non-stationarity and correlation in hurricane actions.
A single 4D data set of these estimates was created, and submitted to permutation testing, as in the analysis of the diffusion-weighted imaging data, resulting in spatial maps that show group differences and correlation with action binding measures in patients.
