In order to discover the correlations among attributes, a novel discriminative model is proposed to exploit low-level features and map attributes to a discriminative latent prototypes space.
While more than 40 attributes were used in the analysis, the effective number of gene pair attributes was likely much smaller due to correlations among attributes.
