We analyzed the presence of repair proteins in foci before (baseline foci) and after EC treatment (EC-induced foci), sorted them into positive and negative foci groups for each individual repair protein, and then correlated each group with tumor volume [Additional file 2].
We correlated available data for each group with two general items and four domains of QoL.
