This paper focuses on the development step of a rule-based mechanism to identify and correct divergences in the actual asset usage from the documentation instructions towards improving or even optimizing the asset performance.
These two groups have almost double that divergence with 9% corrected divergence.
To identify specific regions of high divergence, we calculated Jukes-Cantor corrected divergence (KJC) using a sliding window analysis in DnaSP with a physical window size of 50 bp and a shift size of 10 bp.
