Sometimes fears about other things make people lose touch with their core feelings of love.
Loneliness is often the core feeling that gives rise to emotions of anger, sadness, depression, worthlessness, resentment, emptiness, vulnerability and pessimism.
It's all about the core feeling.
"It is our core inner feeling of who we are as women, men, both, or neither".
It is experiencing these wonderful core feelings that gives us the feeling of fullness within, but since all these feelings exist in the same place in the heart, we will not feel the wonderful feelings without also being willing to feel the painful ones.
What were the core feelings you had in these moments of happiness?
When you are willing to feel your core painful feelings -- of sorrow, loneliness, heartbreak, grief and helplessness over others -- and learn to name them, be with them with compassion, learn from them, and finally release them to Spirit, rather than avoid them, you will then also feel the core wonderful feelings of love, peace, joy, passion and aliveness.
However, core feelings don't change, surely.
We cannot manage these core painful feelings of loneliness, heartbreak and helplessness over others from our wounded, ego self.
