The analysis had three main steps: open coding, axial coding and constructing a core category which explained the central theme of the data.
Then we identified typical patterns ("core categories") with which the previous categories could be related to each other.
In the third phase of selective coding, the core categories on which the interpretation of the group discussions was constructed were then worked out.
Finally, selective coding aims at "elaborat[ing] the core category around which the other developed categories can be grouped and by which they are integrated" [ 35].
The selective coding refers to the process of selecting a central or core category among the categories which were formed during the axis coding, connecting it to the other categories, and elaborating it into a theory (Yoo et al. 2012).
The third and final review of articles involving re-examination of the original thematic headings identified eight core and more meaningful categories which are reported below.
