With one pre- and one post-duplication outgroup (Figure 2b), the internal branch length is either e (if X and C retain the same copy; Figure 2c) or d (if X and C retain different copies; Figure 2d).
In this case, the NST internal branch is e2 if X2 and C retain the same copy (Figure 3d), or 2d-e2 if X2 and C retain different copies (Figure 3e).
The standard cDNA was serially diluted at the concentrations of 1×104 to 1×1010 copies (Figure S3).
Furthermore, rare cancer-specific MUC2-MS6 alleles were found in patients with gastric (3 alleles: 44, 47 and 50 copies; Figure 3A a) and colon cancers (3 alleles: 44, 50 and 57 copies; Figure 3A b).
In the present experiments, EC50 shifts were consistent, with a roughly linear relation between log EC50 and number of mutation copies (Figure 3).
The actin gene was selected for deeper sequencing of genomic tandem, partial cDNA, and full length trans-spliced cDNA copies (Figure 3).
In contrast, the nucleus-encoded EEF2 of cryptophytes, katablepharids, and haptophytes did not show specific affiliation to the nucleomorph or red algal copies (Figure 1).
The PennCNV algorithm allowed us to detect four abnormal copy number states other than the normal diploid state: deletion by one or two copies and duplication by one or two copies (Figure 1A).
For example, the insertion Ω35-i8 on chromosome 2 fully rescued the lethality associated with γCOP10, when present in two copies (Figure 1H, Figure 2), while a single copy of insertion Ω35-i17 Ω35-i17ed a resconferredity of 76%.
The limit of detection analysis showed consistent detection and allelic discrimination of B. pseudomallei and B. mallei at DNA template levels as low as 102 genome copies with sporadic amplification and genotyping at <102 genome <span class="lh">copies (Figure 2).
